Langia has assisted KungSängen in taking control of their customer data using SAP Emarsys. The idea is to develop a solution using SAP's product portfolio to facilitate the shopping experience for KungSängens customers, whether the purchase is made in-store or online.
Kungängen's model enables their customers to begin their purchase in one of their physical bed stores and then complete it online.
Together with SAP Emarsys, KungSängen wants to find the best strategy and automate the work with the help of AI. By knowing their customers, and finding value in the customer data, they want to create a unique, personalized shopping experience that activates customers in all channels.
